Overlap Detection
As your radar catches subscriptions, it identifies tools that overlap in function - and calculates potential savings.
How it works
- Subscriptions are categorized by function (project management, design, communication, etc.)
- Tools in the same category are compared
- Overlapping capabilities are flagged
- A red whisper appears in Your Brief: "Figma may overlap with Sketch"
Common overlaps we catch
- Multiple project management tools (Asana + Monday + ClickUp)
- Redundant cloud storage (Dropbox + Google Drive + Box)
- Similar design tools (Figma + Sketch + Adobe XD)
- Overlapping CRMs or communication platforms
Taking action
- Tap the whisper to see the detail
- Go to Radar and review both subscriptions
- Decide which to keep - mark it as "keeping"
- Cancel the other (use the cancellation guide if available)

Pro users see a savings bar at the top of the Radar tab showing total potential monthly savings from flagged subscriptions.
