Invite team members, share email connections, and manage your organization

Team Management

StackTidy supports team-based subscription management. Share connections, see who added each subscription, and centralize visibility.

Creating an organization

  1. Go to Settings → Team (via Profile sheet → Team)
  2. Click Create Organization
  3. Enter your organization name
  4. You become the admin automatically

Inviting members

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address and select a role
  4. Send the invitation - they'll receive a magic link email

Roles

Owner - Full access. Can invite and remove members, manage billing, and assign subscription owners. Member - View all team subscriptions. Can add, edit, and flag subscriptions. Can share email connections with the team. Cannot manage team settings or billing. Viewer - Read-only access to team subscriptions and reports.

Sharing email connections with your team

Team members can share their personal email connections so scans add subscriptions to the team space:

  1. Go to Settings → Import
  2. Click the share icon next to your connection
  3. A Team badge appears - future scans from this inbox add subscriptions to the team
To stop sharing, click the share icon again.

Personal vs team context

Use the org switcher in the app header to switch between your personal space and team space. The Home, Radar, and Story tabs reflect whichever context is active.
