Renewal Timeline
The Renewal Timeline on your Home tab shows the next 6 subscriptions coming up for renewal.
Reading the timeline
Each item shows:
- App logo and name
- Cost - monthly equivalent (annual subscriptions are shown /yr)
- Renewal date - how many days away
- Past renewals - items that renewed in the last 7 days are also shown
How dates are projected
StackTidy projects renewal dates forward automatically. If a renewal date is in the past (e.g. monthly subscription last detected in January), it calculates the next expected date (February, March, etc.). This keeps the timeline accurate without you having to update anything.
Full calendar view
For a bigger picture, there's a Calendar page accessible from Settings. The calendar shows all renewals across months:
- Color-coded dots per renewal day
- Click any date to see what's renewing that day
- Navigate forward to plan ahead
Staying ahead
Between the timeline on Home and renewal whispers in Your Brief ("Slack renews in 5 days"), you'll always know what's coming before it hits. Set email alerts if you want a nudge in your inbox too.
