Collaborate with your team on subscription management

Team Management

StackTidy makes it easy to collaborate with your team. Share email connections, track who added each subscription, and centralize SaaS visibility.

Creating an Organization

  1. Go to Settings > Organization
  2. Click Create Organization
  3. Enter your organization name
  4. You automatically become the admin

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role
  5. Click Send Invitation

Roles

Owner (Admin) - Full access. Can invite/remove members, manage billing, assign owners.

Member - Can view all team subscriptions, add/edit subscriptions, share email connections. Cannot manage team or billing.

Viewer - Read-only access to subscriptions and reports.

Sharing Email Connections

Team members can share their connected email accounts with the organization:

  1. Go to Settings > Import
  2. Click the share icon next to your connection
  3. A Team badge appears - future scans add subscriptions to the team
  4. Only the connection owner can disconnect or unshare

Personal vs Team Context

Use the org switcher to switch between personal and team views. This affects what you see on Home, Radar, and Story.

  • Personal: Your own subscriptions
  • Team: Subscriptions belonging to your organization

Contributor Tracking

When viewing team subscriptions, you'll see who added each one and which email detected it. This helps your team understand where subscriptions came from.
