Welcome to StackTidy
This guide will help you set up your account and start catching subscriptions automatically.
Prerequisites
- A valid email address
- Access to your subscription receipts or invoices (optional but recommended)
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit stacktidy.com and click Get started free
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a magic link
- Click the link to verify and you're in
Step 2: Explore Home
Once logged in, you'll land on the Home tab - your daily brief. You'll see:
- Health Ring: Visual summary of subscription health (green/amber/red)
- Stat Pills: Monthly spend, tool count, ghost count
- Renewal Timeline: Next 6 renewals coming up
- Your Brief: Whispers - quiet updates about your subscriptions
Step 3: Connect Your Email
The fastest way to catch all your subscriptions:
- Tap your avatar in the top-right corner
- Open the Import section
- Copy your unique forwarding address, or tap Connect Outlook
- Subscriptions start appearing in Your Brief as they're caught
Step 4: Explore Radar
Switch to the Radar tab to see all your subscriptions in one place. Use filters (All, Issues, Healthy) and sorts (Health, Spend, Renewal) to find what you need.
